What Hudoods,  stands for, before we give our opinion ?

Why shouldn’t we get  ALLAH’s opinion from His Book! 

Hudood Allah - 01

فمن لم يجد فصيام شهرين متتابعين من قبل ان يتماسا فمن لم يستطع فاطعام ستين مسكينا ذلك لتؤمنوا بالله ورسوله وتلك حدود الله وللكافرين عذاب اليم

Al-Kitaab- Ch:58 V:4 

And if any has not (the wherewithal), he should fast for two months consecutively before they touch each other. But if any is unable to do so, he should feed sixty indigent ones, this, that ye may show your faith in Allah and His Messenger. Those are limits(Hudood) (set by) Allah. For those who reject (Him), there is a grievous Penalty. 

Hudood Allah - 02

احل لكم ليلة الصيام الرفث الي نسائكم هن لباس لكم وانتم لباس لهن علم الله انكم كنتم تختانون انفسكم فتاب عليكم وعفا عنكم فالان باشروهن وابتغوا ماكتب الله لكم وكلوا واشربوا حتي يتبين لكم الخيط الابيض من الخيط الاسود من الفجر ثم اتموا الصيام الي الليل ولاتباشروهن وانتم عاكفون في المساجد تلك حدود الله  فلا تقربوهاكذلك يبين الله اياته للناس لعلهم يتقون

Al-Kitaab- Ch:2 V:187 

Permitted to you, on the night of the fasts, is the approach to your wives. They are your garments and ye are their garments. Allah knoweth what ye used to do secretly among yourselves; but He turned to you and forgave you; so now associate with them, and seek what Allah Hath ordained for you, and eat and drink, until the white thread of dawn appear to you distinct from its black thread; then complete your fast Till the night appears; but do not associate with your wives while ye are in retreat in the mosques. Those are Limits(Hudood) (set by) Allah: Approach not nigh thereto. Thus doth Allah make clear His Signs to men: that they may learn self-restraint.

Hudood Allah - 03a

الطلاق مرتان فامساك بمعروف او تسريح باحسان ولايحل لكم ان تاخذوا مما اتيتموهن شيئا الا ان يخافا الا يقيما حدود الله فان خفتم الا يقيما حدود الله فلا جناح عليهما فيما افتدت به تلك حدود الله فلا تعتدوها ومن يتعد حدود الله فاؤلئك هم الظالمون

Al-Kitaab- Ch:2 V:229 

 A divorce is only permissible twice: after that, the parties should either hold Together on equitable terms, or separate with kindness. It is not lawful for you, (Men), to take back any of your gifts (from your wives), except when both parties fear that they would be unable to keep the limits (Hudood)ordained by Allah. If ye (judges) do indeed fear that they would be unable to keep the limits (Hudood) ordained by Allah, there is no blame on either of them if she give something (Fidia) for her freedom. These are the limits (Hudood) ordained by Allah; so do not transgress them if any do transgress the limits (Hudood) ordained by Allah, such persons wrong (Themselves as well as others).

Hudood Allah - 03b

فان طلقها فلا تحل له من بعد حتي تنكح زوجا غيره فان طلقها فلا جناح عليهما ان يتراجعا ان ظنا ان يقيما حدود الله  وتلك حدود الله يبينها لقوم يعلمون 

Al-Kitaab- Ch:2 V:230 

So if a husband divorces his wife (after she give Fidia for her freedom ), He cannot, after that, re-marry her until after she has married another husband and He has divorced her. In that case there is no blame on either of them if they re-unite, provided they feel that they can keep the limits(Hudood) ordained by Allah. Such are the limits ordained by Allah, which He makes plain to those who understand.

Hudood Allah - 03c

ياايها النبي اذا طلقتم النساء فطلقوهن لعدتهن واحصوا العدة واتقوا الله ربكم لاتخرجوهن من بيوتهن ولايخرجن الا ان ياتين بفاحشة مبينة وتلك حدود الله ومن يتعد حدود الله فقد ظلم نفسه لاتدري لعل الله يحدث بعد ذلك امرا

Al-Kitaab- Ch:65 V:1 

O Prophet! When you do divorce women (as court), divorce them at their prescribed periods, and count (accurately), their prescribed periods: And fear Allah your Lord: and turn them not out of their houses, nor shall they (themselves) leave, except in case they are guilty of some open lewdness, those are limits (Hudood) set by Allah: and any who transgresses the limits of Allah, does verily wrong his (own) soul: thou knowest not if perchance Allah will bring about thereafter some new situation.

Who are worst in Unbelief and hypocrisy ? (Remember we are reading this message of Allah now & in present Tense.)

الاعراب اشد كفرا ونفاقا واجدر الايعلموا حدود ماانزل الله علي رسوله والله عليم حكيم

Al-Kitaab- Ch:9 V:97 

The Arabs of the desert are the worst in Unbelief and hypocrisy, and most fitted to be in ignorance of the Limits (Hudood) which Allah has sent down to His Messenger: But Allah is All-knowing, All-Wise.

What will happen if some follow Hudood Allah ? 

تلك حدود الله ومن يطع الله ورسوله يدخله جنات تجري من تحتها الانهار خالدين فيها وذلك الفوز العظيم

Al-Kitaab- Ch:4 V:13 

Those are limits (Hudood) set by Allah: those who obey Allah and His Messenger will be admitted to Gardens with rivers flowing beneath, to abide therein (for ever) and that will be the supreme achievement.
What will happen if some Transgress Hudood Allah ? 

ومن يعص الله ورسوله ويتعد حدوده يدخله نارا خالدا فيها وله عذاب مهين

Al-Kitaab- Ch:4 V:14  

But those who disobey Allah and His Messenger and transgress His limits (Hudood) will be admitted to a Fire, to abide therein: And they shall have a humiliating punishment.

لم يكن الذين كفروا من اهل الكتاب والمشركين منفكين حتي تاتيهم البينة

Al-Kitaab- Ch:98 V:1  

Those who are rejecters among the People of The Book and help seeker beside ALLAH, were not going to mend (their ways) until they should receive The Clear Evidence.

What is The Clear Evidence for REJECTERS & MUSHRIK ?

Al-Kitaab- Ch:98 V:2  

An messenger from Allah, recites from purified pages: 

Where is The Clear Evidences?

فيها كتب قيمة

Al-Kitaab- Ch:98 V:3  

those (purified pages) having established writings.

Who get divided after seeing The Clear Evidence?

وماتفرق الذين اوتوا الكتاب الا من بعد ماجاءتهم البينة

Al-Kitaab- Ch:98 V:4  

But those people who have The Book (Ahal Al-Kitaab),  only divides after, when The Clear Evidence is reached to them.

(in the form of established writings). 

Note: Through established writings we are pondering is Hudoods.

Were all The  Prophets given  AL-KITAAB?

كان الناس امة واحدة فبعث الله النبيين مبشرين ومنذرين وانزل معهم الكتاب بالحق ليحكم بين الناس فيما اختلفوا فيه وما اختلف فيه الا الذين اوتوه من بعد ماجاءتهم البينات بغيا بينهم فهدي الله الذين امنوا لما اختلفوا فيه من الحق باذنه والله يهدي من يشاء الي صراط مستقيم

Al-Kitaab- Ch:2 V:213  

Mankind was one single nation (genetically), and Allah sent Prophets with glad tidings and warnings; and with them He sent The Book (Al-Kitaab)  in truth,  (so they) to judge between people in matters wherein they differed (through Al-Kitaab); even after the clear Evidences came to them the people who are given this (Al-Kitaab), due to self vengeance disputed, Allah Guided in their dispute truly by His Grace (through Al-Kitaab) to the people who believe in him ,  For Allah guided whom He wish toward a established straight path. 

How The Al-Kitaab should be recited Half-heartedly / devotedly ?

الذين اتيناهم الكتاب يتلونه حق تلاوته اولئك يؤمنون به ومن يكفر به فاولئك هم الخاسرون

Al-Kitaab- Ch:2 V:121 

Those to whom We have given The Book, recite it as it should be recited: They are the believer with this: Those who reject with this, they are among the looser. 

   After reading clear Evidence of ALLAH what will be the re-action from  Ahal-Al-Kitaab 

ود كثير من اهل الكتاب لو يردونكم من بعد ايمانكم كفارا حسدا من عند انفسهم من بعد ماتبين لهم الحق فاعفوا واصفحوا حتي ياتي الله بامره ان الله علي كل شئ قدير

Al-Kitaab- Ch:2 V:109 

After the Truth has become evident unto them, Quite a number of the People of The Book wish to Turn you (people) back to rejecters after you have believed (in Al-Kitaab), in jealousy, : But forgive and overlook, Till Allah accomplish His purpose; for Allah Hath power over all things.
