Question!
I am experiencing a
confrontation with a SHIA guy and a girl, the girl wants
to know about position of Mut'ah in Islam. I replied her
with some material opposing the act of Mut'ah but the
guy is a typical SHIA, he is putting so many logics e.g.
if someone misuses a religious act then we cannot
abandon it but should continue with it, in bukhari
shareef ... there is a hadith about it.... that Mut'ah
was permissible in the times of Hazrat Mohammad (pbuh)
and in the times of Hazrat Abu Bakr (ra) but his
successor caliph Hazrat Umar (ra) was the foremost to
put ban over Mut'ah etc etc etc.
Now, the guy asks for my understanding over it even I
have already replied with some pages of books showing
demerits of Mut'ah.
Kindly reply me in short time so that I could appear to
them in a good and understandable manner.
Thanks very much for your time and consideration.
ANSWER:
For
Mut'ah of Shia ALLAH has given no Authority.
Mut'ah is nothing but fiq'hi prostitution invented by
the people who contraditcs Ayaats of Kitaab ALLAH,
there fore to satisfy their stanic desires they invented
stories & created "Mut'ashabihat" against "Muh'kamaats".
O people! be careful of (your duty to) your Lord,
Who created you from a single being and created its mate
of the same (kind) and spread from these two, many men
and women; and be careful of (your duty to)
Allah, by Whom you demand one of another (your rights),
and (to) the ties of womb relationship; surely Allah
ever watches over you.[Al-Kitaab
C:4.V:1].

And one of His signs is that He created mates for you
from yourselves that you may find rest in them, and He
put between you love and compassion; most surely
there are signs in this for a people who reflect.
(Al-Kitaab C:30: V:21)
O mankind! We created you from a male and a female, and
made you into geographical groups and tribes, that you
may introduce each other (not that ye may despise each
other). Verily the most honored of you in the sight of
Allah is (he who is) the most righteous (in practice) of
you. And Allah has full knowledge and is well acquainted
(with all things).(Al-Kitaab
C: 49, V: 13).

The Women are your field, so go into your field when
you like, and do good beforehand for yourselves, and be
careful (for any undesirable action ) to Allah, and know
that you have been inspired by Him, and give good news

Which
request a Muslim do with ALLAH when his wife conceive a
birth?
He
it is Who created you from a single being, and of the same
(kind) did He make his mate, that he might incline to her;
so when he covers her she bears a light burden, then moves
about with it; but when it grows heavy, they both call upon
Allah, their Lord: If You give us a good one
(child) , we shall certainly be of the grateful ones.
(Al-Kitaab C:7 V:189).
In
Mut'ah how many good one have born?

your paternal aunts, and the daughters of your maternal
uncles and the daughters of your maternal aunts who
migrated with you; and
a believing woman if she gave herself to the Prophet, if the
Prophet desired to marry her--
Specially for you, not for the

their wives and those whom their right hands possess in
order that no blame may attach to you; and Allah is
Forgiving, Merciful.
